休みの料理

久しぶりに休みの昼間に料理でも。
鶏の皮をプライパンで焼き続けたものと、牛スジの煮込み。牛スジの煮込みは、1時間半ほど煮込んで、味付けに失敗。ちょっとしょっぱすぎた。
